The purpose of the meeting is to hear the following appeal from variances from the requirements of the Bay Township Zoning Ordinances.
In the Matter of: William and Terry Coughlin
The applicants are proposing to construct a 24’ deep x 36’ wide x 22.8’ high detached garage.
To accomplish this project the applicants are seeking a variance of five feet from Section 5.4 of the Bay Township Zoning Ordinance that requires a fifteen foot side yard setback to allow the proposed detached garage to be located within ten feet of an existing side yard lot line.
