DESCRIPTION:Zoning Board of Appeals \nMarch 7\, 2018 \n6:30pm \nBay Township Hall \n  \nThe purpose of the meeting is to hear the following appeal from variances from the requirements of the Bay Township Zoning Ordinances. \nIn the Matter of: William and Terry Coughlin \nThe applicants are proposing to construct a 24’ deep x 36’ wide x 22.8’ high detached garage. \nTo accomplish this project the applicants are seeking a variance of five feet from Section 5.4 of the Bay Township Zoning Ordinance that requires a fifteen foot side yard setback to allow the proposed detached garage to be located within ten feet of an existing side yard lot line. \nInterested parties may comment in person at the meeting or comment in writing to: \nBay Township Zoning Board of Appeals\, 05045 Boyne City Rd.\, Boyne City\, MI 49712\, 231-582-3594\, or zba@baytownship.org.
